Do you offer mobile notary services in Southaven, MS?
Yes. I provide mobile notary services throughout DeSoto County, Mississippi and Shelby County, Tennessee, including Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Hernando, Memphis, and surrounding communities.
I can meet you at your home, office, hospital, senior living community, business, or another convenient location.
Do you offer Remote Online Notary services?
Yes. As a Tennessee Remote Online Notary, I can notarize eligible documents securely online while I am physically located in Tennessee.
The signer may be located elsewhere, subject to document and transaction eligibility. RON is a convenient option when meeting a notary in person is difficult or impractical.

How much do mobile notary services cost?
Pricing depends on the notarization required, travel distance, location, appointment time, and other service needs.

What do I need for my notarization appointment?
In most cases, you should have:
• A valid government-issued photo ID
• The document requiring notarization
• Any additional signers or witnesses required for your document

Do you offer same-day or urgent notary appointments?
Yes, when availability permits. Same-day mobile and Remote Online Notary appointments may be available.

Are you certified to handle loan signing documents?
Yes. I am an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent and have also completed Loan Signing System training.
I provide professional signing services for purchase, seller, refinance, HELOC, cash purchase, and other real estate and loan document packages.
Do you work with title companies, attorneys, lenders, and signing services?
Yes. I welcome assignments from title companies, attorneys, lenders, mortgage professionals, signing services, and real estate organizations.
Mobile and Remote Online Notary options are available depending on the assignment and document requirements. Vendor credentials are available upon request.
Can someone outside Tennessee use your Remote Online Notary service?
Potentially, yes. I must be physically located in Tennessee when I perform the online notarization, but the signer may be located elsewhere.
The document and transaction must still be eligible for Remote Online Notarization.
